Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

You can return unused bicycles and accessories within 7–14 days of delivery in their original packaging. Defective or incorrect items qualify for free returns and replacements.

Do customized bikes qualify for returns?

No. Customized or clearance sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
